Bayad (Aravali), Nov 25 (ANI): Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi addressed a public rally in Bayad of Aravali on Saturday. In his speech, he said when Prime Minister Narendra Modi went to France, he changed Rafale contract without consulting anyone. Gandhi added that instead of giving contract to company which knows to build aircraft, he gave it to his industrialist friend who knows nothing about it.
