Moradabad (Uttar Pradesh), Apr 22 (ANI): A group of artists made a colourful rangoli to celebrate the ordinance to amend POCSO act passed by the Cabinet. The artists feel that the ordinance is in favour of child safety in the country. The rangoli was designed with the inspiration of new ordinance.
