Youth allegedly commits suicide in police custody

New Delhi, Jan 16 (ANI): A youth allegedly committed suicide in police custody at Karwal Nagar police station on Tuesday. The boy was found hanging using his ‘Gamcha’ in the lock up. The family members of the deceased accused the police of taking money and killing their kin. The police said that the youth was a history-sheeter and was arrested after a complaint by a girl for allegedly assaulting her and threatening her of leaking their personal video. The inquiry has been initiated in the matter, said Ajit K Singla, DCP North East Delhi.
