भारतीय जवान चंदू बाबूलाल LOC पार करने मामले में दोषी करार

Indian Sepoy Chandu Babulal found guilty by the general court martial for crossing Indian border and going to Pakistan. Chandu crossed Indian border a few days after surgical strike in Pakistan occupied Kashmir. Reports claims Chandu was upset with his senior officers and crossed the border in anger. Know more about this news in this video. साल 2016 में भारतीय सेना द्वारा पीओके में की गई सर्जिकल स्ट्राइक के दौरान गलती से सीमा पार करके पाकिस्तान जाने वाले भारतीय सैनिक चंदू लाल को सेना की एक अदालत ने दोषी ठहराया है। सेना के कोर्ट मार्शल में तीन महीने जेल की सजा की सिफारिश की गई। पाकिस्तान ने जनवरी में सैनिक भारत को सौंप दिया था। आधिकारिक सूत्रों ने बताया कि सेना की अदालत ने चंदू बाबूलाल चव्हाण को तीन महीने कैद की सजा सुनाई है लेकिन सजा की अवधि को उचित अधिकारियों की मंजूरी मिलना अभी बाकी है। ख़बरों के मुताबिक, वह अपने अधिकारियों से नाराज होकर पाकिस्तान चला गए थे।
