Ballia (Uttar Pradesh), Aug 20 (ANI): A minor girl was allegedly raped by on duty policeman in Ballia of Uttar Pradesh on Saturday. The heartbroken father of the victim died of shock after receiving the news. The constable was not the lone accuse in this case as the Village head and his friends too took their turns on the girl when she was out for nature’s call. The Police, however, has just registered a case of teasing against the constable and arrested him. The victim has clearly stated that eight men, including the constable raped her. The complaint was written by village head and she could not go through it as she was baffled by her father’s sudden death.
