Bhubaneswar (Odisha), Oct 01 (ANI): Union Petroleum and Natural Gas Minister reiterated that spike in the price of petrol and diesel in the country was because of deprecation in the value of Indian Rupees against the US Dollar. The union minister stated three main factors affecting the price of fuels, viz. tax management between central government and state government, import dependency on other countries and the balance between the value of Indian Rupee and US Dollar.
