New Delhi, Apr 14 (ANI): Union Minister for Human Resource Development Prakash Javadekar on Sunday lashed out at Rahul Gandhi and asked him to take action against Jammu and Kashmir’s Congress chief Ghulam Mir, in the Kathua rape case. He said, “Ghulam Mir said that real culprit is outside, investigation is motivated. Then we want to ask Rahul that why don’the take action against him. Pointing out fingers against someone and doing the same is the character of Congress.”
