New Delhi, Jan 16 (ANI): Social activist Anna Hazare said that the party-driven electoral system has fomented social ills like corruption, casteism and violence in the country. According to the Constitution of India, any person above a certain age can fight elections and it does not talk of any party or party symbol, the social activist added. The social activist was addressing a gathering at a seminar at New Delhi.
