Video: बीरेंद्र राम की बढ़ी मुश्किलें, ग्रामीण विकास विभाग के चीफ इंजीनियर पर PMLA कोर्ट ने दिया ये फैसला

Birendra Ram ED Custody: अकूत संपत्ति अर्जित करने वाले झारखंड के ग्रामीण विकास विभाग के चीफ इंजीनियर बीरेंद्र राम को पीएमएलए की स्पेशल कोर्ट ने 5 दिन के लिए प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ईडी) की हिरासत में भेज दिया है. बीरेंद्र कुमार को स्पेशल जज प्रभात कुमार शर्मा की अदालत में पेश कर ईडी ने 10 दिन की रिमांड मांगी. लेकिन, कोर्ट ने सिर्फ 5 दिन की रिमांड दी. आज की रात बीरेंद्र राम पुलिस की कस्टडी में रहेंगे. कल से उनकी ईडी की कस्टडी शुरू होगी. ईडी ने लगातार दो दिन तक बीरेंद्र राम के ठिकानों पर छापामारी की थी, जिसमें 30 लाख रुपये नकद और डेढ़ करोड़ रुपये के जेवरात जब्त किये गये थे. जांच के दौरान बीरेंद्र राम की 100 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक की चल-अचल संपत्ति का पता चला. इसके बाद उन्हें गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया. बीरेंद्र राम ने ईडी के सामने कई नेता और अफसरों के नाम उगले हैं, जिनके पास वह पैसे पहुंचाते थे. इसके साथ ही झारखंड के कम से कम 14 नेता और 6 अफसरों पर ईडी शिकंजा कस सकता है.

Jharkhand Rural Development Department Chief Engineer Birender Ram, who acquired immense wealth, has been sent to Enforcement Directorate (ED) custody for 5 days by the Special Court of PMLA. Presenting Birendra Kumar in the court of Special Judge Prabhat Kumar Sharma, the ED sought a 10-day remand. But, the court gave remand for only 5 days. Tonight Birendra Ram will be in police custody. His ED custody will start from tomorrow. The ED raided Birendra Ram's premises for two consecutive days, in which Rs 30 lakh in cash and jewelery worth Rs 1.5 crore were seized. During the investigation, Birendra Ram's movable and immovable assets worth more than Rs 100 crore were detected. After this he was arrested. Birendra Ram has revealed the names of many leaders and officers in front of the ED, to whom he used to send money. With this, ED can clamp down on at least 14 leaders and 6 officers of Jharkhand.
