Lucknow/Panaji, Mar 10 (ANI): The preparation for counting votes of the 2017 Assembly Elections have kick started in Panaji and Lucknow and heavy security has been deployed outside counting stations. The counting will start from 8 am and firstly, all the postal ballots will be counted. In Uttar Pradesh counting will take place in 78 centres across 75 districts. Meanwhile, counting for the 19 North Goa constituencies will be held in Panaji.
