Agra (UP), Jun 16 (ANI): A 30-year-old youth from Odisha, who started his journey on foot from Rourkela on April 16 to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi to remind him of the promises he made to the public of his hometown, reached Agra. Speaking to ANI, Muktikant said PM Modi in one of his visits to Odisha made a promise to convert a hospital into a super speciality hospital. The hospital has an infamous record of careless deaths of patients every other day.
