Bengaluru (Karnataka), March 02 (ANI) A Bengaluru Court on Friday rejected the bail plea of Mohammad Harris Nalapad, son of Karnataka Congress MLA NA Haris, and six others in connection with an assault case. A lawyer informed that the court denied bail saying that ‘they don’t deserve bail.’ "Court expressed that there are going to be chances of witnesses getting influenced and the investigation getting coerced. Court has come to a conclusion that they don’t deserve bail. It is victory to justice and society at large," the lawyer said. Nalapad and the others are in judicial custody for assaulting a man at a restaurant.
