New Delhi, March 29 (ANI): The Delhi High Court on Wednesday ordered retrial in five cases related to the 1984 anti-Sikh riots which were closed in the year 1986. Earlier, the Supreme Court had directed the Union Government to deposit more that 190 files related to the case. Giving details, Kamna Vohra, Legal Counsel for 1984 Riot Victims expressed her displeasure on the negligence on the investigation done and said that no efforts are being made to punish the perpetrators.
