New Delhi, Dec 09 (ANI): Union Minister of State (MoS) for Finance Arjun Ram Meghwal on Friday said that a process is underway to introduce plastic currency notes in the near future. Asserting that plastic money proves helpful in tracking counterfeit currency, he said that a committee has been formed to monitor the process. This Centre-led decision comes a month after the old notes of Rs. 500 and 1000 were banned.
