Patiala, Punjab, Nov 28 (ANI): In the latest update, Khalistani terrorist Harminder Singh alias Mintoo, who escaped from Punjab’s Nabha jail yesterday, was arrested in Delhi on Monday morning. Khalistan Liberation Force (KLF) chief Mintoo was wanted in at least ten terrorist offences and was arrested in 2014 at the Delhi airport. Ten armed men dressed in police uniform had entered into the prison premises and fled with Mintoo and five other inmates on Sunday morning. Following the incident, high alert was sounded across Punjab.
