Leader of Opposition in the Rajya Sabha Ghulam Nabi Azad on Friday refuses to apologize for his controversial remark, where he compared the demonetisation with Uri attacks. Responding to the reactions that followed his comment, Azad said “I will not apologise. BJP should apologies for the mess they have created over demonetisation.” Azad on Thursday sparked a ruckus by drawing a comparison between Uri terror attack and demonetisation in terms of people’s death, causing adjournment of the House for the day.
