New Delhi, Oct 22 (ANI): Organiser of the Dusshera event in Amritsar, Saurabh Madan Mithu released an emotional video message on Monday, giving clarification about the event permission and allegations against him. Mithu said, “Had taken all the permissions needed, had alerted crowd at least ten times to not stand on tracks. I am extremely pained by the incident. Some people are trying to defame me.”
