Shahjahanpur (UP), Aug 03 (ANI): Statue of Mahatma Gandhi was painted in saffron colour in Uttar Pradesh’s Shahjahanpur. The incident was reported from Ghanshyampur under Banda police area. For past 20 years, the statue was in white colour. Locals said that politics should not be done with Mahatma Gandhi. According to Bachu Singh, ADO, “We are investigating the matter and necessary actions will be taken”.
