Allahabad (Uttar Pradesh), Jul 18 (ANI): A man was arrested for illegal trade of foreign currency in Uttar Pradesh’s Allahabad. Police have seized around 276 currency notes worth Rs 22.5 lakhs. The currency belongs to countries like Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Malaysia among others. The man is involved in a group that exchange money through hawala. Dhirendra Singh, Sub Inspector, Civil Lines, Allahabad said, “One more person is involved in this, attempts are being made to arrest him at the earliest.”
