New Delhi, Mar 11 (ANI): On the sidelines of the International Solar Alliance, Ministry of External Affairs spokesperson Raveesh Kumar said that the focus of the meeting was on capacity building. He said, “Focus was on capacity building. We offered our help & assistance to them.
