Guwahati (Assam), Nov 23 (ANI): Assam Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma lighted controversy by stating that people who suffer from accidents and cancer are facing a ‘divine justice’ because of the sins committed by them in their past lives. “God makes us suffer when we sin. Sometimes we come across young people suffering with cancer. If you see the background you will come to know that it is divine justice”, Sarma said.
