Patna (Bihar), Mar 23 (ANI): Bihar Health Minister Mangal Pandey on Friday assured of taking impromptu action in connection to the Saharsa medical apathy incident. The Minister said that he directed the civil surgeon immediately to investigate the incident, following which action was taken against hospital’s deputy superintendent, on-duty doctor and the concerned staff. Taking people into confidence, Pandey said that his Government remains committed to serve the masses. Earlier, a woman was allegedly operated under torchlight at Sadar Hospital in Saharsa passed away.
