New Delhi, Feb 2 (ANI): Union Health and Family Welfare Minister JP Nadda, during a press conference, said that the Government of India is committed to financial and technical health support, however, its responsibility of the states to implement such schemes. His comments came a day after Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley announced the ‘National Health Insurance’ scheme which is expected to cover 10 crore ‘vulnerable’ families.
