Balasore (Odisha), Jan 31 (ANI): Black flags were shown to Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik and a woman threw eggs at him when the Chief Minister was in Balasore to attend an event. The eggs were hurled at the Chief Minister when he was delivering his speech. CM Patnaik evaded the eggs and the woman was detained by the police followed by the incident.
