Bharuch (Gujarat), Dec 09 (ANI: As voting for the first phase of Gujarat polls is underway in full swing, an elderly handicap couple was seen arriving to cast their vote in Bharuch. But the couple in Bharuch is not the only one. In Surat, various senior citizens and a handicap couple were spotted casting their votes. Seems like nothing can break the determination of these people to become a part of the democracy by filing the ballot.
