Shimla (Himachal Pradesh), Apr 18 (ANI): The mercury has climbed up a notch higher that is 4-5 degree celsius in the hill town Shimla. The local weather department has forecasted increasing temperatures during next two days. This Sunday, Shimla recorded a 27.0 degree Celsius which is the highest of the season. Scientists at the meteorological department said that in certain areas the temperature is nearly 6 degree above normal. Tourists coming here have been noticing the change in climate. Surely, global warming is taking toll on Shimla’s atmosphere.
