New Delhi, Aug 28 (ANI): Heavy rains lashed the national capital on Tuesday morning providing respite from the humidity. However, incessant rainfall left the city reeling from water logging at various parts. The rains come as a big sigh of relief for the residents of Delhi, who were facing an intense heat. The temperature dropped to 27 degree Celsius. According to India Meteorological Department (IMD), there will be cloudy sky with moderate rain for few days.
