New Delhi, Dec 11 (ANI): The Congress party finally elected Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi as their new party president in the national capital on Monday. Congress leader Mullappally Ramachandran informed that 89 nomination proposals were received and all were valid. As per article 18 (D) of the constitution of Indian National Congress, Ramachandran declared Rahul Gandhi as president of INC and also termed it a historical moment.
