Jalaun (Uttar Pradesh), Jan 24 (ANI): An inhuman scene from hospital staff of Uttar Pradesh’s Jalaun has come to forefront. A pregnant woman gave birth outside the hospital after the medical facility denied services to the woman. Eyewitnesses say that the hospital administration denied service to woman as she had only 30 rupees with her.
