New Delhi, Jun 29 (ANI): In an inhumane incident, a woman was brutally tortured and beaten up in full public view. The barbaric incident came into light from Palam area of New Delhi. The incident took place due to some personal dispute. The woman was beaten up and her clothes were torn by people. The victim raised and alarm and had been shouting for help none bothered to intervene.
