Kushinagar (Uttar Pradesh), Apr 26 (ANI): Locals living in the adjoining areas of railway crossing in Kushinagar, where deadly accident between a school bus and train claimed lives of 13 children, said that the railway crossing is unmanned without barricade since years. “There has been accidents before, where a tractor was stuck on the tracks, killing the driver”, said a local. “Accidents keep on happening at this spot, but there is no action taken by administration”, said another local.
