नयी दिल्ली : मुजफ्फरपुर बालिका गृह मामले में सुप्रीम कोर्ट में मंगलवार को सुनवाई हुई. सुनवाई के दौरान शीर्ष अदालत ने बिहार सरकार को कड़ी फटकार लगायी.सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने मामले की सुनवाई करते हुए मामले में दर्ज प्राथमिकी को सुधारने का 24 घंटे का समय दिया है. साथ ही कहा है कि मामले में सरकार का रवैया दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है. मामले में दर्ज प्राथमिकी पर टिप्पणी करते हुए अदालत ने कहा कि आरोपितों के खिलाफ दर्ज प्राथमिकी में धारा-377 और पॉक्सो एक्ट जोड़े जाएं. साथ ही कहा कि मामले की सुनवाई बुधवार को होगी.
सुप्रीम कोर्ट का कहना है कि, ‘आप क्या कर रहे हैं, (बिहार सरकार) क्या कर रही है?’ यह शर्मनाक है. अगर बच्चा डरा हुआ है, आप कह सकते हैं कि यह कुछ भी नहीं है? आप यह कैसे करते हैं? यह अमानवीय है. हमें बताया गया था कि मामला गंभीरतापूर्ण है. हर बार जब मैं इस फाइल को पढ़ता हूं, यह दुखद है.’ सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सीबीआई वकील को ‘टिस्स’ रिपोर्ट में नामित बिहार में 17 में से नौ शेल्टर होम में यौन हमले से संबंधित मामलों की जांच कर सकते हैं.
