कोलंबो/नयी दिल्ली : भारत ने रविवार को कहा कि वह श्रीलंका में स्थिति पर करीबी नजर बनाए हुए है, जहां ईस्टर के मौके पर लगातार छह विस्फोट हुए हैं. विस्फोट गिरिजाघरों में ईस्टर की प्रार्थनासभा के दौरान सुबह करीब पौने नौ बजे हुए. कोलंबो में भारतीय उच्चायुक्त ने ट्वीट किया, ‘‘ विस्फोट आज कोलंबो और बट्टिकलोवा में हुए। हम स्थिति पर करीबी नजर बनाए हुए हैं. भारतीय नागरिक किसी भी तरह की सहायता व मदद और स्पष्टीकरण के लिए इन नंबरों पर कॉल कर सकते हैं- +94777903082, +94112422788, +94112422789.”
श्रीलंका में आज तीन गिरजाघरों और तीन होटलों में विस्फोट हुए. कोलंबो के सेंट एंथनी, पश्चिमी तटीय शहर नेगेम्बो के सेंट सेबैस्टियन चर्च और बट्टिकलोवा के एक चर्च को निशाना बनाया गया था. वहीं पांच सितारा होटल शंगरीला, द सिनामोन ग्रांड और द किंग्सबरी में विस्फोट हुए. उच्चायुक्त ने अन्य एक ट्वीट में लिखा, ‘‘ दिए गए नंबरों के अलावा भारतीय नागरिक किसी भी सहायता व मदद और अन्य किसी स्पष्टीकरण के लिए +94777902082, +94772234176 नंबरों पर फोन कर सकते हैं.”
इन धमाकों पर भारत के राष्ट्रपति और प्रधानमंत्री सहित कई नेताओं ने दुख जताया.
