New Delhi, July 23 (ANI): Delhi police arrested a man for kidnapping a five-year-old boy and demanded Rs. 8 lakh as ransom. The victim was kidnapped while playing near his house and later his kin received a call where the ransom was demanded. The accused was nabbed by a team who followed him from New Delhi’s ISBT where the victim’s mother was called with the ransom amount.
