Malkangiri (Odisha), Nov 16 (ANI): A man and a married woman was tied to a pole and tortured by a mob for allegedly having an illegitimate affair in Odisha’s Malkangiri. The mob also imposed a fine of Rs 5000 on the youth. The youth is said to be visiting the woman’s home on a frequent basis. The two victims were meeting on the outskirts of the village when the incident took place. After getting the information, police rushed to the spot and rescued the duo.
