CM Biplab also visited a flood relief camp at Netaji Vidyaniketan in Unakoti’s Kailashahar, one of the most badly affected areas during floods. The water levels in major rivers- Gomati, Deo, Manu, and Haora were swelling with every passing hour, posing flood threat throughout the state.
