Sangrur (Punjab), Feb 02 (ANI): Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi addressed a rally in Punjab’s Sangrur district on Thursday, a few days before the state heads into the polls. Taking a jibe at the ruling government in Punjab, Rahul said the state government is selfish.
