A 27 year old Dalit research scholar from Delhi’s JNU has allegedly committed suicide. The scholar alleged lack of equality. Muthukrishnan had a Masters’ degree from Hyderabad University and was working on an M Phil in JNU. No suicide note was found and he was reportedly depressed for personal reasons In last Facebook post he had spoken against discrimination.
