Meerut (Uttar Pradesh), Sep 17 (ANI): Two Chinese nationals were arrested by Meerut police in an alleged case of drunken driving which resulted in a near-fatal accident in wee hours of Monday. The accused were driving an SUV which first rammed into a car before finally hitting a stationary vehicle. Eye witnesses claimed the vehicle was out of control and over-speeding. Three people were critically injured in this accident. Police is investigating the matter.
