Kolkata (WB), Aug 11 (ANI): Bharatiya Janata party (BJP) president Amit Shah on Saturday challenged Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and Congress president Rahul Gandhi and said the party will not stall the process of National Register of Citizens (NRC). While addressing a rally, Shah said, “For us country first comes, before vote bank. Oppose us as much as you want but we will not stall the process of NRC. Mamata and Rahul should clear whether they want to keep the nation’s security first or your vote bank politics. The TMC is spreading this rumor that under NRC immigrants would also go back but I assure all the immigrants that BJP has come out with Citizenship amendment Bill 2016.”
