New Delhi, Nov 10 (ANI): Ambassador of Mexico H.E. Melba Pria, who uses auto for moving around in Delhi, said she is grounded due to pollution and stressed that Chief Minister Arvind Kejwiral’s odd-even scheme is not a long term solution to the smog problem. She talked about how Mexico tackled the situation when it was the most polluted city in the World, adding it has now been ranked among the 40 cleanest cities in the world.
