RS Pura (Jammu and Kashmir), Oct 19 (ANI): Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti, on Thursday celebrated festival of lights Diwali, with a group of children at an orphanage in RS Pura. The Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister also distributed gifts and interacted with the children.
