Bengaluru (Karnataka), Mar 23 (ANI): In an incident that will surely raise questions on law and order situation in Bengaluru, two bike-borne men were openly caught molesting a woman on roadside. The whole incident was caught in a CCTV camera in which one of the molester is seen touching bottoms of a woman from her backside and fleeing away. The incident happened in Chandra Layout area.
