Bhubaneswar (Odisha), Feb 25 (ANI): Lakhs of devotees thronged the famous Lingaraja Temple to offer prayers and light ‘diyas’ on the occasion of Mahashivratri on Friday night. At midnight, a massive deep, called ‘mahadweep,’ was lighted over the temple’s top by the shrine’s sevaks. Devotees all over the nation had observed fast and offered their prayers on the religious festival held in honour of Lord Shiva.
