New Delhi, Sep 04 (ANI): Heavy rains lashed parts of national capital on Tuesday. The temperature dropped to 31 degree Celsius. The city has been witnessing rain for last three days. According to India Meteorological Department (IMD), there will be cloudy sky with light rain for few days.
