Chhattisgarh, Feb 27 (ANI): At least three security personnel were injured in an encounter with Naxals near Chhattisgarh’s Narayanpur. Dantewada Superintendent of Police, KL Kashyap, said the operation took place near Narayanpur and along with the three security personnel, 2-3 Naxals may have been injured.
