Patan (Gujarat), Nov 29 (ANI): Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi visited the famous Somnath Temple and offered his prayers in Gujarat’s Patan on Wednesday. Gandhi, who made the visit ahead of his rally in Amreli, also paid tribute to Iron Man of India, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. The temple is believed to be the first among the 12 jyotirlinga shrines of Lord Shiva. The Congress Vice President has been campaigning extensively in the poll-bound state. Gujarat goes to polls on December 9 and 14. The election results will be declared on December 18.
