Chandigarh, Aug 23 (ANI): Chandigarh Director General of Police Tajender Singh Luthra on Wednesday briefed mediapesons about the various arrangements done by police to ensure safety and security of the city. He informed that around one lakh followers of Dera Sacha Sauda have reached Panchkula which makes Chandigarh a sensitive place.
