New Delhi, Aug 17 (ANI): After the demise of former PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee, today’s newspapers bid adieu to a poet, a political leader and revered personality. The newspapers’ headlines defined the kind of personality the former PM possessed, while mourning the loss that the country is currently suffering with. Lamenting over the loss of the gentleman, English-language dailies gave following headlines. ‘Atal bids adieu, end of an era’, Asian Age wrote. Indian Express wrote, ‘A Nation’s Loss’ and The Times of India wrote, ‘PM, Poet, Statesman, Gentleman’. Hindi newspaper Amar Ujala gave a special headline in a poetry form and wrote, ‘Mein jee bhar jiya, meim man mein marun, lautkar ayunga, kooch se kyu darun’, Hindustan wrote, ‘Anant Yatra par Atal’ and Dainik Bhaskar wrote, ‘Ji Gaye Atal ji’.
