Bulandshahr (UP), Aug 09 (ANI): Residents of Uttar Pradesh’s Bulandshahr brutally thrashed a policeman after his car rammed into two motorcycles. Locals alleged that the cop named Manoj was in a drunken state. An inquiry has been ordered against him.
